Toyota is all set to introduce Rumion MPV, a rebadged version of the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga as a part of the Toyota-Suzuki alliance. The company already sells the Rumion in the South African market and to make an entrance into the Indian market soon.
After the Innova Crysta, the Innova Hycross and the Vellfire, The Rumion is Toyota’s 4th MPV in India. Even the Vellfire MPV is expected to go under complete model makeover soon.
The Rumion is enhanced with a chrome-slatted grille with the Toyota logo and an all-black interior. It also offers 105PS 1.5-litre petrol motor, with either a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission.
Tagged at around Rs.8.77 lakh (ex-showroom) onwards, the Rumion can be an alternative for the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, Mahindra Marazzo and Renault Triber.

The Rumion is entering the market with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a coloured multi-info display, steering-mounted audio controls, automatic climate control, and rear AC vents.
